Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple
1 mango
1 medium onion
Handful of Cilantro
Prep:
- cut up pineapple
-peel and cut mango and add to bowl with pineapple
-cut up onion
-add pineapple, mango, cilantro, and onion to food processor and mix.
- Serve with tortilla chips
i HAVE to try this...except i'll prob use canned pineapple b/c...well, i'm scared LOL!!

ReplyDeletejimaie marie .... I don;t think it would be the same with canned, if you don;t want to do the whole pineapple thing, you can but already chunked fresh pineapple in the store.

Shannon directed me this way because i was looking for recipes using fresh cilantro, and this sounds delicious! I'm experimenting with fresh cilantro for the first time ever, and I think this is going to be at the top of my "to try" list! Thanks for posting!
