2010 

Participated in


 - Cycle to the Sea - an annual fundraising ride that is 180 miles in 3 days. It's purpose is to benefit the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program. Each rider must raise a minimum of $1,000 for the program so that it may purchase adaptive sports equipment for disabled children and adults in the community. 

Competed in: 


 -21st Disabled Water Ski National Championships in the hopes to make the USA team. Placed Silver in Trick category and won the prestigious Royce Andes Award for the most promising skier of the year.


2011

Participated in:


 - Cycle to the Sea - 180 mile ride in 3 days
 - A Paratriathalon Clinic hosted by the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program and Mecklenburg Parks and Recreation.
 - Carolina Cycling Time Trial Association - 6 months out of the year. 7 laps around Charlotte Motor Speedway at a distance of 10 miles.

  Competed In:

 - Melbourne Beaches & Music Marathon. Results: 6th out of 7 in Women's Division. Time 2:05:11. Pace 4:47.
 - Scott Rigsby Foundation Alliance Ride. Results were not posted.



  2012

 Participated in:

 - (April 28) Cycle to the Sea - 180 mile ride in 3 days

 - Carolina Cycling Time Trial Association - 6 months out of the year. 7 laps around Charlotte Motor Speedway at a distance of 10 miles. Personal best as of 6/6/2012 is 33:14:61. Avg MPH 18.05.
-(October 5-8, 2012) Invited and attended the 2012 US Paralympic Emerging Multi-Sport Camp  - SPIRE Institute in Geneva, OH for hand cycling.

 Competed in:

 - (Feb 5) Top End/PVA Euro American Championships in Melbourne, Florida. Placed 7th out of 10 in Women's Division. Time 1:49:52. Ranked 55 overall out of 67.
 - (May 5-6) Scott Rigsby Foundation Alliance Ride 12k Road Race. Placed 1st out of 2. Time 1:46:02. Avg MPH 14:15. 12th overall out of 15. In next day Criterium, placed 1st out of 2. Time 42:40. Avg MPH 17.72. Ranked 10th overall out of 13.
 - (May 26-28) Roger C Peace Rehabilitation Hospital VS Handcycling National Criterium Championship TT/CRIT. Time Trial results were 2nd out of 3. Time 56:21:63. Ranked 24 overall out of 35. Criterium Results were 2nd out of 3. Ranked 17 overall out of 26.
 - (June 21-23) USA Cycling Para Cycling National Championships 19k. Time Trial results were 5th out of 5. Time 00:47:04.338. Road Race results were 4th out of 5. Time 1:09:52.
-(August 23-25, 2012) 22nd National Disabled Water Ski Championships held on Short Line Lake, CA
-Won a Gold Medal in the Trick Competition
-Won a Gold Medal in the Jump Competition
-Won a Gold Medal in the overall Women’s Competition
-Received the 2012 Barbara Bolding/Jim Grew Award, which is awarded to the youngest overall    winner at the National Competition
-Was named 2012 Female Athlete of the Year by the Disabled Water Ski Association; and
-Was just recognized as the Pan Am Confederation Athlete of the Year.
-(December 6, 2012) Ranked #4 H2 Women Hand Cyclist in the country with a total of 183 points.
2013
Participated in:
-(April 18) Carolina Time Trial Association 1st time trial of the season, 7 laps around Charlotte Motor Speedway at a distance of 10 miles. 35:25.7 minutes
- (April 28) Cycle to the Sea - 180 Mile bike ride in 3 days with the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program.
-(June 5) Carolina Time Trial Association 3rd time trial of the season, 7 laps around Charlotte Motor Speedway at a distance of 10 miles. 33:44.7 minutes

Competed in: 
-(May 27) Erlanger USA Cycling Handcycling National Criterium Championship in Chattanooga, TN.
                - Won 1st place in Women's H2.
-(May 30) Clocktower Classic Hand Cycle race in Rome, Georgia. 
               -Placed 2nd in the road race, 36 miles, time 2:34:54. 
               -Placed 2nd in the hill climb, 3.49 miles, time 27:51
               -Placed 2nd in the Criterium, time 30 minutes
               -Placed 2nd in the Time Trial, time 22:07
-(June 8) 2013 South Eastern Disabled Water ski Tournament Atlanta, Georgia on Princeton Lake. 
  -Won 1st place in Jump, jumping a total of 41 feet. 
  -Won 1st place Overall for the entire tournament.
