Fresh fruit with dip




Any fruits of your choice. Here is what I chose:

Strawberries
Oranges
Pineapple
Apples
Cantaloupe
Grapes



Fruit Dip Ingredients:

Blender
8 oz. sour cream
1 banana
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
sprinkle of cinnamon


-peel and cut banana and add to blender




-add rest of ingredients to blender



-blend until smooth



-place fresh fruit on plate with dip and serve
-if needed, place dip in refrigerator for 15 minutes to thicken

  2. OH man! i have got to make this for my BF! I adore fruit and now he's trying to be more healthy. It's all so perfect. I am never usually able to find a fruit dip that I like, but I have a feeling that this one might just hit the spot!

  3. I am making the fruit salad Thurs.night for a Friday morning....I may have to make an extra one for us at home!
